Sticky date-apricot-raisin haroset with the aroma of juicy oranges, mild whitefish drowned in caramelized onions and drenched in a mustardy shallot vinaigrette. Classic Angeli garlic-rosemary-lemon chicken and a spring veg “mazzagna”. It sounds like Angeli Passover to me.
