How fantastic that you made them. And even more that you like them. Yep, it is a bit of work but I find them a nice change from frying the flowers. I forgot to make them this summer. Oh dear.

I made these beautiful baby zucchini this week and they were so delicious! Stuffing is a bit of work, but the end result is gorgeous. The best flavor came from the zucchini themselves, not the stuffing. So farmers market fresh and almost sweet! I used minced onions and red peppers instead of zucchini, and added a bit of panko to absorb the egg. No gluten or dairy intolerance here! Way better and easier than frying!

And did you know…. The fruit comes from the female plant. The males have scrawny little stems coming out of the flower! 😏😂🤪 but of course you knew that!
