I would eat it all as is!! I LOVE roasted garlic. BUT the last time I did that and ate a lot of it I smelled liked garlic for days. The garlic smell was coming out through my pores. I was in a small enclosed office and.anyone who came in immediately said that there was a strong garlic smell. It was delicious and pretty funny too. 😂

Roast halved jalapenos add some goat cheese in the mix and use it on the peppers!

I freeze the puree in small jars and use it whenever I would normally use minced garlic.

it is fantastic spread on a pizza base, sprikled with chopped rosemary,covered with coarsely grated parmesan, salt and pepper-drizzle with evoo–some dressed rocket added when cooked–it is the pizza della casa in this house
